Warehouse floors, loading areas, and breakrooms each get a scope written for that kind of space at a free on-site walkthrough. Shared spaces and the warehouse floor then run on two different cycles. Break rooms, locker areas, and shared restrooms collect use like any high-traffic space, so they get daily or several-times-a-week attention. The warehouse floor itself is usually a weekly sweep-and-mop, unless the operation handles food, pharmaceuticals, or another product with its own cleanliness standard. Office corners in the same building are cleaned in the same visit. The same named lead cleaner returns on each visit, consumables are restocked so supplies never run out mid-week, and floor care, window cleaning, and deep cleaning are quoted separately when you want them on top of the recurring scope.
